Refund Policy

We offer refunds only for orders that have been denied importation or have a defect. We do not provide immediate refunds while the order is still in transit.

To be eligible for a refund due to a defect, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The request for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund request, please contact us at support@grifari.com. Note that returns will need to be sent to the designated warehouse address we provide.

If your refund request is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and provide a resolution.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom products (including special orders or personalized items), personal care goods (such as beauty products), and hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Refund Process Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not received your funds, please contact us at support@grifari.com.
